Co-living is a modern housing option that gives residents an opportunity to not only share their living space with one another, but also share similar intentions, values, and interests.

It’s all about collaboration and openness. The sharing economy, along with an increased interest in living more sustainably and being part of a community, has inspired the birth of a global trend moving away from traditional housing and hospitality options and towards co-living solutions.

What we offer

Flexible accommodation

Stay for weeks or months, with seamless booking and extensions, and no deposits.

Private residences

Private single or deluxe units. All with in suite bathrooms, and all with Nordic designer furnishings. Move in ready.

Community

Community centered, with social and cultural onboarding by dedicated community manager, introducing guests to local culture and fellow residents. Calendar of both external, in-house, and resident organized events.

We take sustainability very serious, and so do our community members. Together we are continuously working to be the most sustainable product, and thus far have implemented the following practices:

Reused material furnishing where possible
Repair instead of discard policy
Low water consumption faucets and showers
No bottled water
No unnecessary use of plastics
Natural chemical free bath amenities
No single/short term use amenities
Linens only cleaned at guest's request
Close to all waste recycled
Bio-based, non toxic cleaning products

Holistic Dining

Beta, a modern take on a classic bistro, is Podium’s in-house restaurant and shall offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, and be open to both co-living residents and the public. Our focus is plant-based dishes, with a modest addition of meat and seafood, and highest quality and nutritional standards.

Sustainability is very important for us, but when it comes to food the focus is twofold, aiming to secure both sustainable production and consumer health. Our solution to this is setting in place a strict set of guidelines for all food at our properties, both through our own F&B offering, Beta Kitchen, and partnering suppliers and operators. These include:

Focus on plant-based dishes
Modest addition of ethically raised meat
Wild caught seafood from sustainable sources
Local produce
Organic where possible
No artificial flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, coloring, or additives.
